As a mental health and couples counselor, I am committed to inspiring individuals and couples to develop new approaches and solutions to reach their goals.
My work focuses on targeting ineffective behaviors, habits, and beliefs in your life to support growth, specifically as they relate to mental health and substance use disorders. I believe in taking a collaborative approach in session, as I work from the mindset that we know ourselves best.

As a licensed professional counselor, marriage and family therapist, and licensed addiction therapist, I'm trained in various forms of counseling to meet the needs of you and your loved ones.
I was born and raised in Cody, Wyoming. When I was 18, I moved to Florida and Tennessee for several years. My husband and I have three daughters.
I graduated with my Associates in Psychology, Human Service, and I'm a Certified Addiction Practitioner Assistant (CAPA) in the state of Wyoming. I am currently finishing my degree for social work at the University of Wyoming. I also work part-time for GEAR UP Wyoming.
I love outdoor activities from camping to snowboarding. I love doing CrossFit and enjoying a healthy lifestyle.
Helping people is my calling. My flavorful life has provided me with lots of experience, strength and hope to share with others. As the SSC ASI Specialist and group facilitator, I'm here to help!

As a substance use counselor, I am committed to motivating individuals in developing fresh approaches and solutions with the focus of reaching healthy and productive goals.
My work focuses on helping those individuals to change persistent life habits that have resulted in negative consequences.
I prefer - but am not limited to - a motivational and solution focused approach that enhances an individual’s growth in changing behavior that stimulates positive reinforcement in maintaining positive change substance free.
