As a licensed professional counselor, marriage and family therapist, licensed addiction therapist, and have completed Level 1 training in Gottman Methods Couples Therapy, I'm trained in various forms of counseling to meet the needs of you and your loved ones.
I was born and raised in Cody, Wyoming. When I was 18, I moved to Florida and Tennessee for several years. My husband and I have three daughters.
I graduated with my Associates in Psychology, Human Service, and I'm a Certified Addiction Practitioner Assistant (CAPA) in the state of Wyoming. I am currently finishing my degree for social work at the University of Wyoming. I am now accepting new patients, 15 and older, for teen therapy.
I love outdoor activities from camping to snowboarding. I love doing CrossFit and enjoying a healthy lifestyle.

I prefer - but am not limited to - a motivational and solution focused approach that enhances an individual’s growth in changing behavior that stimulates positive reinforcement in maintaining positive change substance free.
As a group facilitator and ASI Specialist, I have been a proud resident of Wyoming for over 20 years. My family includes my wonderful husband and our two sons, who inspire me every day. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Black Hills State University and am currently completing my Master’s in Social Work.

In my role as a facilitator for the SSC Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) and Recovery Maintenance groups, I focus on empowering clients to develop new strategies and solutions that lead to healthier, more fulfilling lives.

Helping others is my true calling, and I draw from my experiences to offer strength and hope to those I work with. Together, we can navigate the challenges of life and work towards lasting positive change.

Step Stone Counseling provides outpatient counseling services to adults, couples, and families.
In addition to individual services, IOP and OP group services are available for anyone who needs that level of care.
